 5) What wood species do you require

  Hardwood Profile Match

Any hardwood moulding can be recreated for

 new construction or historic reproductions

 Large mouldings such as baseboard

 may have to be made in multiple pieces

 due to the limitation of  lumber widths

 currently available

 We use only farmed hardwoods

  ArchPolymerTM Profile Match

 Panels / Pilasters

 Casings / Brackets

 ArchPolymerTM is a high grade high density

 composite with the same consistency as

 white pine. It is rot, water and insect resistant

 Specify Optional fire rating in

 the mix (not after production applied)

 Any moulding profile can be created.

  GRG-NeoPlasterTM Profile Match

 Traditional plaster is made from Gypsum,

 wall paper paste and horsehair.

 Needless to say it is fragile and often breaks

 during renovations. We can fabricate exact

 duplicates for broken sections or a requirement

 for new exact profile matching.

  Exterior Moulding Profile Match

 For aging Entablatures, moulding replacements

 can be made from

 * GFRC-ZeamentTM a composite concrete

 * Fiberglass with color specified Gelcoat

 * Aluminum

 * Copper

 * Galvanized Steel Elements
