  All About ResinMoldTM

How to Order ResinMoldTM Arches for Doors & Windows

All ResinMoldTM orders are custom made.

Curves can be ordered for concave or convex curves and arches.

In order to do an arch we need measurements because it is fabricated as per the Radius.

Although it is flexible, it is poured into a mold for your application.

Every profile has limitations on how tight the radius it can be formed into.

If part of your install has a tight radius, check with us for suitability.

Print the form:   Print PDF Page 1   fill in the measurements and email it to sales@imperialproductions.com for a quote

  1) Draw a horizontal line at bottom of the arch (the black dotted line)

  2) Measure the bottom Horizontal (B measurement) to the ends of

where the casing will begin and end.

  3) Measure the Mid Height

The rise from the horizontal black dotted line

to the top of the arch (the A measurement)

Measure the inside of the arch.

  4) Measure the Incremental Heights

The various rises from the horizontal black dotted line

at various horizontal increments say at 12" apart to the top

      of the arch.

Measure the inside of the arch

  5) Are you doing one side of the window or doorway or both ?

  6) What profile do you want ?

With these measurements we will calculate how many feet you will

  need.
